1. Common Stabilization Problems
1) Yellowing / Discoloration
Causes:
Low stabilizer dosage
Wrong Ca-Zn rate
Long stay at high temperature
Unsuitable lubricant

Optimize Ca-Zn or organic stabilizer dosage

Causes:
Low heat stability
Volatile component excess
